Another kind of filling is composite filling. These are usually made from resin or plastic material which is widely used today due to its popularity because of its tooth-colored appearance.

Indirect restoration is a kind of dental restoration that is done outside of the mouth. Most typical examples of secondary repair materials are dental crowns and bridges, veneers, inlay, inlay, and implant.
